Wrestling coach. Military veteran. Cub scout den leader. Neighbor. Jason Oudit holds all these titles in addition to his formal role at the Shell Polymers petrochemicals complex in Monaca, Pennsylvania. Each one helps shape his interactions with his team and his community.

Take his military background, for example. “It drives a certain work ethic and accountability,” Jason says. It’s also prepared him to work with people from varied backgrounds and walks of life — creating a team culture that’s key to building (Real)ationships.
